Guarantee Rules: For reservations guaranteed with a form of payment at time of booking, rooms are held until 8 am the day following arrival. For reservations not guaranteed with a form of payment, rooms are held until 6 pm the day of arrival. Rate/Reservation Validity: Please note that electronic reservation confirmations are provided to you solely for your convenience and that we retain official records of our reservation transactions, including details of dates of stay and room rates. In the event of discrepancies, alterations, modifications, or variations between this confirmation and our official records, our official records shall control. Tampering with this confirmation to alter the room rate, or any other reservation information is strictly prohibited and may have legal consequences. Smoke-Free Facility: The hotel is a 100% smoke free facility. Any indication of smoking in a guest room through physical evidence or smoke odor will result in a deep cleaning fee of $250 per day. Guest understands that any charges to their account are their responsibility, regardless of any additional arrangements for direct bill or credit card payment. Pet Policy: The hotel does not accept pets. Please consult a hotel representative for pet boarding options. We welcome the use of service animals at Indiana University. Use of Debit Cards: The hotel cannot be responsible for overdraft fees due to the use of bank issued debit card when the card is used to obtain goods and or services through our hotel. Please note: debit cards, like credit cards, are pre-authorized at the time of check-in for the anticipated amount of your stay plus incidental fees. Please be aware that debit card authorizations are shown as deducted from your bank account immediately and unused authorized amount may not be released by the issuing bank for a period of up to 14 business days or more, after any unused pre-authorized funds have been released. Upon check in, all guests will be asked to provide photo identification and a major credit card. All guests must be 21 years of age to check into a hotel room. Deviations to this policy will be handled on a case by case basis by hotel management. State law provides for limitation of liability for innkeepers and penalties for those who fraudulently obtain food, beverage, services, and/or lodging from restaurants and lodging providers. Check In time is 4 pm and Check Out time is 12 pm. Late check outs or early check ins are not always available and may incur additional fees.
